宝钢2~#烧结机自1991年6月投产以来,运行情况基本良好,但有一个较突出的问题就是台车行至烧结机尾部时,有些台车间产生拉缝现象,缝隙宽度少则3~5mm,高则10mm左右。从缝隙向内部观察,可见两相邻台车的篦条全被烧红伸出台车体外,相互顶撞使台车脱离接触产生缝隙。对有较大拉缝的台车进行卸矿后观察,发现台车篦条普遍被烧红,温度可在800℃以上,有时有部分铁水沿篦条流淌。

From the gap to the internal observation, we can see the grates of two adjacent trolleys all red burning out of the trolley body, knocking each other to make the car off the contact gap. After the unloading observation of the trolley with larger pull seam, it was found that the trolley grate was generally burned red and the temperature could be above 800 ℃, and sometimes part of the molten iron flowed along the grate.
