气水冲洗技术基于“二相流”理论,通过向给水管道内间歇地加入压缩空气,提高管内冲洗水流速度,增强管内水体紊动及管道震动,从而提高冲洗效果。文章通过介绍气水冲洗技术的理论和工艺机理、工艺系统和工艺特点,对其应用现状进行分析,然后对应用效果和应用前景进行探讨,以期为自来水管网建设项目提供借鉴。
The gas-water flushing technology is based on the theory of “two-phase flow” and improves the flushing effect by intermittently adding compressed air into the water supply pipe, increasing the flushing water flow velocity in the pipe, enhancing the turbulence of the water in the pipe and the pipeline vibration. This paper introduces the theory and technology of gas-water flushing technology, its process system, process system and process characteristics, analyzes its application status, and then discusses the application effect and application prospect in order to provide reference for the construction of water pipe network.
