来自于波兰 Jagiellonian 大学的 Agata Lesniak-Sobelga 博士及其同事报道说,在患有瓣膜性心脏病的妇女中,妊娠和分娩可引致多种问题的产生,尤其严重的二尖瓣狭窄是一种高风险的危及生命的并发症。为寻找更多的这类妇女及其子女的相关信息,研究人员随访了259例心脏病或已实施瓣膜置换的妊娠患者。
Agata Lesniak-Sobelga, Ph.D., from the University of Jagiellonian in Poland, and colleagues report that pregnancy and childbirth can cause a variety of problems in women with valvular heart disease, especially when severe mitral stenosis is a high Risk of life-threatening complications. To find out more about this type of woman and her children, the researchers followed 259 patients with heart disease or those who had valvular replacement.
