我厂以前生产的500×500×30mm的隔日板,大多数是用在楼房平屋面上遮隔太阳,形成空气层而起到隔热保温作用。采用平面台座卧式浇制,占用台座面积大,现场脱模后的几何尺寸达不到要求,由于产品面积限制,不能用振动器振捣,因而强度低,生产效率低,产量不能满足供应和农村建房需求,针对这种情况,我们采用了钢模立式生产工艺,取得了理想的效果。钢模由侧板2块、堵头板2块、底板1块组成,外形尺寸为1900×630×600mm,全部用整块钢板与槽钢焊接,并用铰链连接合拢,当中用厚4mm、高500mm、宽850mm铁板(共49块),两边各留4mm插缝,在侧模上焊上30×8mm分格定位板,49块隔板插入分格内。钢模角与角之间用φ16
