柿系一种落叶果树,风土适应性强,栽培容易,丰产稳产,经济寿命长。果实营养丰富,且有医疗功效,除鲜食外,尚可制成柿饼、柿干、柿汁、柿蜜、柿糖、柿糕等;并可代替粮食酿酒,制醋,还可提取柿漆。我省人们在很早以前,就作为时令果品和木本粮食栽植。为了配合《中国柿树志》的编写,我们在过去工作的基础上,于1981—83年先后对于都、临川、上饶、高安、波阳、会昌、南康和赣州市等八个重点柿产区的21个品种类型进行了考查、整理和鉴定。通过考查,还进一步了解到我省柿树栽培历史,分布状况等,为我省未来柿树的发展,提供了一定的参考价值。
Persimmon is a deciduous fruit tree, strong adaptability to terroir, easy cultivation, high and stable yield, long economic life. The fruit is rich in nutrition and has medical effects. In addition to fresh food, it can be made into dried persimmons, dried persimmon, persimmon juice, persimmon honey, persimmon sugar, persimmon cake, etc .; . People in our province long ago planted them as seasonal fruits and woody grains. In order to cooperate with the compilation of “Chinese Persimmon”, on the basis of past work, we successively evaluated eight key persimmons, including Linchuan, Shangrao, Gao’an, Bo Yang, Huichang, Nankang and Ganzhou in 1981-83 21 types of producing areas were examined, sorted and identified. Through the test, but also to further understand the persimmon cultivation in our province history, distribution, etc., for the future development of persimmon in our province, provides a certain reference value.
