新课改实施已近十年,取得了一定的成绩,但是在农村小学实施仍步履维艰。本文以东昌府区付老庄中心小学为例,分析其教学现状与新课改理念在以下几个方面的冲突:管理者、教师理念落后与新课改要求树立新理念的冲突;课堂中教师主体与学生主体的冲突;单一课程结构与多层次课程结构的冲突;以分评价与发展性评价的冲突。
The new curriculum reform has been implemented for nearly ten years and some achievements have been made, but the implementation in rural primary schools is still struggling. Taking Fu Laozhuang Central Primary School in Dongchangfu District as an example, this paper analyzes the conflict between the current teaching situation and the new curriculum reform concept in the following aspects: the conflict between managers and teachers and the new curriculum reform requiring new ideas; The conflict between the main body of the teacher and the main body of the student; the conflict between the single course structure and the multi-level course structure; the conflict between the sub-evaluation and the developmental evaluation.
