本文针对我国钢铁企业能源审计缺乏完整、系统的评价体系的现状,依据相关国家标准及行业规范整理出能源审计实践中隐含的评价体系;在分析和讨论该体系指标设计的不足以及内容的缺陷的基础上,提出了审计评价体系优化方案,并设计了一个改进的评价体系;使用层次分析法计算了优化后的钢铁企业能源审计评价体系指标权重,结果表明改进后的评价体系具有更高的能源审计评判的分辨率。
According to the lack of a complete and systematic evaluation system for energy auditing in China’s iron and steel enterprises, this paper organizes the evaluation system implied in the energy auditing practice according to relevant national standards and industry standards. After analyzing and discussing the shortcomings of the system design and content defects Based on which the optimization scheme of audit evaluation system is proposed and an improved evaluation system is designed. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to calculate the indicator weights of the steel audit system. The results show that the improved evaluation system has higher Resolution of Energy Audit Judgment.
