针对某型发动机试车中反复出现中央传动杆中间轴承滚子和保持架脱落、内圈严重磨损故障,进行结构合理性分析、振动特性计算、实物测量、产品质量复查及相关试验测量,确定影响传动杆正常工作的各项因素,找出了传动杆破坏原因。采取传动杆轴径优化设计、改善供油、提高加工质量、改进安装形式等多项措施,解决磨损故障。改进后的发动机试车验证表明,传动杆工作稳定,效果良好。最后,总结出三支点细长中央传动杆设计的关键技术,可为同类中央传动杆设计提供借鉴。
