目的:研究在低氧环境下运动对血清离子浓度的影响,及补充电解质饮料———“宝矿力水特”对血清离子浓度变化的干预效果。方法:让受试者分别在运动前、中、后补充电解质饮料———“宝矿力水特”,或补充纯净水,或不补充电解质饮料和水三种情况下以70%VO2max负荷进行低氧运动1小时,测定运动前、运动后即刻和运动后半小时、1小时血清中的离子浓度。结果:研究表明,不补充电解质饮料和水的情况下低氧运动后血清总钙、磷、钠显著升高(钙、磷P<0.01,钠P<0.05),而血清钾、氯变化不显著(P>0.05)。补充电解质饮料———“宝矿力水特”可以促进运动后血清总钙、磷的恢复和维持血清钠、氯的正常水平。补充纯净水后,由于血液稀释使血清总钙、磷、钠、钾、氯的恢复速度有所延迟。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of exercise on serum ion concentration in hypoxia environment and the effect of supplementing the electrolyte beverage, “Pocari Lishui” on the change of serum ion concentration. Methods: Subjects were subjected to 70% VO2max loading before, during and after the exercise respectively with electrolyte supplementation --- “Pocari” or pure water, or without electrolyte supplementation and water supplementation Hypoxia for 1 hour, before exercise, immediately after exercise and half an hour after exercise, 1 hour serum concentrations of ions. Results: The results showed that serum total calcium, phosphorus and sodium were significantly increased (calcium, phosphorus, P <0.01, sodium, P <0.05), while serum potassium and chloride did not change significantly after hypoxic exercise without electrolyte supplementation and water supplementation (P> 0.05). Replenishment of electrolyte drinks --- “Bao mine Lishui special” can promote serum total calcium after exercise, phosphorus recovery and maintain the normal serum sodium, chlorine levels. After the addition of pure water, the serum total calcium, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, chlorine recovery delay due to hemodilution.
