目标规划是解决多因素物资调运问题的理想方法。本文简要论述了目标规划的理论、方法,提出了目标规划的修正模型,并用此模型进行了企业管理中计划编制及交通运输中多因素物资调运方案的设计与计算。本文提出的修正模型、计算方法和采用微型计算机实现的软件系统,对于凡是存在多目标、多因素综合选优问题的企业单位均可参考应用。
Goal planning is the ideal way to solve the problem of multi-factor transportation. This article briefly discusses the theory and method of target planning, proposes a revised model of target planning, and uses this model to carry out the planning and programming of enterprise management and the design and calculation of transportation plan of multi-factor materials. The revision model, calculation method and software system using micro-computer proposed in this paper can be applied to all the enterprises which have multi-objective and multi-factor comprehensive optimization problems.
