在热处理中经常碰到大型或形状复杂的工件,难以在台式布洛维硬度计和捶击式布氏硬度计上测试硬度。我厂采用锉刀法测试,取得了很好的效果。用200mm尖扁钢锉10把,选择不同回火温度,使锉刀硬度值分别为HRC20,25,30,35,40,45,50,55,60,65十种规格。每隔5°一档,把锉刀头部弯为扁长方形,始终保持头部棱角锋利。经多次使用磨损时,可在砂轮或铁砂皮上重新加工复原。用锉刀头部棱角在工件表面刻划、敲击或锉动来测得硬度。
