目的探讨改良腭垂腭咽成形术合并低温等离子射频消融术治疗中、重度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的远期疗效。方法采用改良腭咽成形术合并低温等离子射频消融术治疗中重度OSAHS患者38例,随访2年以上,复查多导睡眠图,判定疗效。结果全部病例随访2年以上,复查多导睡眠图,判定疗效。38例患者中,治愈9例(23.68%),显效12例(31.58%),有效11例(28.95%),无效6例(15.79%),总有效率84.21%;全部病例均未出现严重并发症。结论改良腭垂腭咽成形术合并射频消融术是临床治疗OSAHS的有效手段。
Objective To investigate the long-term effect of modified palatoplasty and pharyngoplasty combined with radiofrequency ablation of low temperature plasma in the treatment of moderate and severe obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS). Methods 38 patients with moderate or severe OSAHS underwent modified velopharyngeal angioplasty and low temperature plasma radiofrequency catheter ablation. The patients were followed up for more than two years and the polysomnography was reviewed to determine the curative effect. Results All cases were followed up for more than 2 years, review polysomnography, to determine the efficacy. Of 38 patients, 9 cases were cured (23.68%), 12 (31.58%) were effective, 11 (28.95%) were effective, 6 (15.79%) were ineffective and the total effective rate was 84.21% disease. Conclusion Improved palatoplasty velopharyngeal angioplasty combined with radiofrequency ablation is an effective means of clinical treatment of OSAHS.
