为进一步提高工业用水效率、保障水资源可持续发展和为落实最严格的水资源管理制度提供技术支撑,分析了我国火电行业取水现状和近10年的用水效率。结果表明,火电行业年取水量历经2000~2006年的剧增后,在2006年达最高值85.5×108 m3,此后2006~2008年大幅减少,2008年之后基本保持略微增长的平稳态势;2000~2010年单位发电取水量总体呈下降趋势,火电行业用水效率逐年提高。由此提出了合理的节水对策,为我国火电行业挖掘节水潜力提供了新的思路。
In order to further improve the efficiency of industrial water use, ensure the sustainable development of water resources and provide the technical support for the implementation of the most stringent water resources management system, the status quo of water withdrawal in China’s thermal power industry and the water use efficiency in the past 10 years have been analyzed. The results show that the annual water withdrawal of the thermal power industry has reached the highest value of 85.5 × 108 m3 in 2006 after a sharp increase from 2000 to 2006, and then dropped sharply from 2006 to 2008 and maintained a slight steady growth after 2008; In 2010, unit water withdrawal of power generation generally showed a downward trend, and thermal power industry water efficiency increased year by year. Therefore, a reasonable countermeasure of water saving is put forward, which provides a new way for our country’s thermal power industry to tap the water saving potential.
