目的 :通过优化序列算法,建立分时段预约就诊序列优化模型,有效缩短预约患者的总候诊时间。方法 :以上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院口腔科预约复诊患者为研究对象,收集该科常见病的诊断名称、治疗牙位和医师花费的诊疗时间。统计后估算每种疾病的平均诊疗时间,参考“平行机”理论模型,依照“诊疗时间短优先服务”规则,优化口腔科预约诊疗序列。结果:预约诊疗顺序优化后患者的总等候时间缩短35.1%。结论:优化序列算法能够优化分时段就诊序列,从而有效缩短患者候诊时间,改善患者就医体验。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the sequence algorithm to establish a sequence optimization model for scheduled visits, effectively shortening the total waiting time for appointment patients. Methods: The patients in the 9th People ’s Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine were enrolled in this study. The diagnostic names of the common diseases in the department were collected. The treatment time for the treatment of teeth and the physician was collected. After the statistics, the average treatment time of each disease is estimated. Refer to the “parallel machine” theoretical model and optimize the sequence of the dental appointment clinics according to the rules of “short treatment time”. Results: The patient’s total waiting time was shortened by 35.1% after the reservation order was optimized. Conclusion: The optimized sequence algorithm can optimize the time series of visits, which can effectively shorten the waiting time and improve the medical experience of patients.
