本文应用高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)辐照肿瘤细胞的液态体模,探讨了HIFU对肿瘤细胞的急性效应及机理,治疗剂量与效应的关系。发现HIFU的热效应、空化效应是引起肿瘤细胞死亡的主要机理,治疗剂量与致死效应呈正相关关系。声强1054W/cm~2×40s是制备灭活肿瘤细胞疫苗的最佳超声剂量。
In this paper, high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) was used to irradiate the liquid phantom of tumor cells, and the acute effect and mechanism of HIFU on tumor cells, and the relationship between therapeutic dose and effect were explored. It was found that the thermal effects and cavitation effects of HIFU were the main mechanisms leading to the death of tumor cells, and the therapeutic dose was positively correlated with the lethal effect. The sound intensity of 1054W/cm~2×40s is the best ultrasonic dose for the preparation of inactivated tumor cell vaccine.
