目的:探究人体前臂桡侧皮动脉皮瓣的应用解剖学特征。方法:12例新鲜获取的成人上肢标本作为实验对象,通过系统科学的实验前标本保存处理,以及实验室解剖学处理过程,观察人体前臂桡侧皮动脉皮瓣的解剖学生理指标项目。结果:全部12例实验标本中,共解剖发现前臂桡侧皮动脉生理组织数目14支,其中分布于前臂上部位置5支,前臂中部位置3支,前臂下部位置4支;其中涉及皮动脉3条,肌间隙动脉5条,以及肌皮动脉4条。分布于前臂上段和前臂中段的皮动脉具有较粗的外径,其测量参考值为(0.51±0.07)mm,分布于前臂下段的皮动脉外径参数相较前者明显较细。在距离桡骨茎突位置约4.26±0.61cm位置,能够观察到具备较粗管径特征,且空间位置持续处于恒定状态的皮动脉,其外径参数测量参考值为0.61±0.06mm。从皮动脉起始点位置开始,沿着肱骨外上踝和桡骨茎突之间的连线,呈现显著的轴线排列特征,其中可以发现起始点分布位置恒定一致且管径较粗的皮动脉7条,分散分布于其他位置的皮动脉7条。结论:人体前臂桡侧皮动脉皮瓣具有复杂多样的解剖学特征,做好该组织的解剖学研究工作,能够为相关组织的疾病临床诊断提供科学有效的解剖学支持条件。
Objective: To explore the anatomic features of human radial forearm flap. Methods: Twelve freshly obtained adult upper limbs were used as experimental subjects. The anatomical and physiological indexes of human forearm radial forearm flap were observed through systematical pre-experiment preservation and laboratory anatomy. Results: In all 12 experimental specimens, there were 14 physiological tissues in the radial artery of the forearm, including 5 in the upper forearm, 3 in the middle of the forearm, and 4 in the lower forearm. , Muscle interstitial artery 5, and 4 dermal artery. The diameter of the cutaneous artery distributed in the upper forearm and the middle of the forearm was larger than the diameter of the forearm. The measurement reference value was (0.51 ± 0.07) mm. The diameter parameter of the cutaneous artery distributed in the lower forearm was obviously smaller than the former. In a distance of about 4.26 ± 0.61cm from the radial styloid process, the skin artery with the feature of thicker diameter and constant spatial position can be observed. The reference value of the external diameter parameter measurement is 0.61 ± 0.06mm. From the starting point of the cutaneous artery, along the connection between the lateral humerus and the styloid process, showing a significant axial alignment features, where the distribution of the starting point can be found consistent and coarser diameter of the skin arteries 7 , Distributed in other locations of the skin arteries 7. CONCLUSION: The human forearm radial forearm flap has complex and diverse anatomical features. It is an anatomical study that can provide scientific and effective anatomic support for the clinical diagnosis of related tissues.
