9月2日,历经数次改版的中国直销立法核心条例,国务院《直销管理条例》和《禁止传销条例》终于正式出台。并分别将于12月1日和11月1日起实施,这标志着中国直销立法进程及中国直销行业长达8 年的禁令画上了句号。事实上,这应该是中国直销行业真正有规则起跑的开始。但是,对于当前的直销公司来说,两个直销条例的出台或多或少带来了一些影响。不管这些影响是过渡性的,还是结构性的,毕竟新的游戏法则已经出台,直面现实才是根本之道。
On September 2, after several revision of the core regulations of China’s direct marketing legislation, the State Council’s “Direct Management Regulations” and the “Prohibition of Pyramid Selling Regulations” were finally promulgated. And will come into effect on December 1 and November 1, respectively, marking the conclusion of the legislative process in China’s direct marketing and the eight-year ban in China’s direct selling industry.
