四辊轧机是现代各种板带轧机中的基本结构型式,也是最普遍采用的轧机。本文仅从工艺的角度讨论为机械设备专业设计提供合理的工艺参数——轧辊偏移量的原则,其中分别说明了工作辊驱动与支撑辊驱动条件下轧辊偏移量的选择方法。我们知道,当四辊轧机工作辊与支撑辊中心处于同一垂直平面内时,作用在工作辊上的水平力x为(如图1):
Four-roll mill is the basic structure of the modern strip mill, is the most commonly used mill. In this paper, the principle of providing reasonable process parameters for the professional design of machinery and equipment - the principle of roll offset is discussed only from the perspective of technology. The methods for selecting the roll offset of work roll driven and backup roll driven are respectively described. We know that when the work roll of the four-high mill is in the same vertical plane as the center of the backup roll, the horizontal force x acting on the work roll is (as shown in Figure 1):
