我局自1989年以来,把文明创建工作作为各级财政部门的重点工作来抓,从思想认识到队伍建设,从整体部署到具体措施,全面抓、经常抓,促进物质文明和精神文明的同步发展。截至1995年底,全市财政系统已有40个单位被授予省级、市级或区级文明单位称号;市级财政收入由1993年的1.93亿元上升到1995年的2.93亿元,增长51.6%,实现了荆门市财政收支平衡的历史性转折。以提高认识为先导理顺创建思路我们针对只重视抓财政业务,忽视精神文明建设的情况,认真组织全体干部职工进行学习,引导大家从物质文明和精神文明的辩证关系看加强文明创建
