本文研制成功新概念的柴油机用电子控制系统。以前的柴油机电子控制系统用机械控制溢流环的位置以控制喷油量。本文研制成功的控制喷油量的电磁阀定时开关溢流通路,控制燃油,它用在分配泵上。另外,还研制成光学着火正时传感器以检测燃烧室内实际燃烧开始时间。根据这种传感器的燃烧开始信号来修正喷油正时。因而,是一种适于采用微型计算机的系统,可精确控制喷油量和喷油正时。
In this paper, the successful development of a new concept of diesel engine electronic control system. The previous diesel electronic control system mechanically controlled the position of the overflow ring to control the amount of fuel injected. This paper developed a successful control of fuel injection solenoid valve timing switch overflow path, control of fuel, which is used in the distribution pump. In addition, an optical ignition timing sensor was also developed to detect the actual start of combustion in the combustion chamber. The fuel injection timing is corrected on the basis of the sensor’s combustion start signal. Therefore, it is a system suitable for the use of a microcomputer, which can precisely control the fuel injection amount and injection timing.
