用盆栽法研究了2种VA菌根真菌Glomusmoseae和G.caledonium对大蒜Aliumsativum营养生长和生理特性的影响。结果表明,2种真菌均可侵染大蒜根系,但不同菌种的侵染率及大蒜的生长反应不同,以G.moseae对大蒜的接种效果为好。2种菌种接种株的叶面积,叶绿素含量、光合作用参数、vC含量及植株生长量均显著优于对照株。大蒜营养生长和生理特性的改善均源于真菌组织对磷的直接吸收和接种株体内磷含量的增加。
Two kinds of VA mycorrhizal fungi Glomusmoseae and G were studied by pot culture. Effects of Caledonium on the Vegetative Growth and Physiological Characteristics of Garlic Aliumsativum. The results showed that two kinds of fungi could infect garlic root, but the infection rate of different species and the growth response of garlic were different. Moseae garlic inoculation effect is good. Leaf area, chlorophyll content, photosynthesis parameters, vC content and plant growth of inoculated strains of two kinds of strains were significantly better than those of the control strains. The improvement of vegetative growth and physiological characteristics of garlic stems from the direct absorption of phosphorus by fungi and the increase of phosphorus content in inoculated plants.
