本文针对加热炉目前分水过后剩余的天然气对空排放,既危险又浪费资源的问题,提出了改造一种流程,使天然气能够得到回收,技术难点是分水器一直正常使用,且天然气流程大多与气包、分离器、大罐等易燃易爆容器相连,施工难度高,危险性大。分水器上端有两个气包,气包上端有放空头,对于目前正在使用的放空头,不予改造,将闲置的放空头用管线连接至分离器的气管线,达到回收天然气的目的。此次改造需提前预置流程,用法兰连接的方式,直接将分水器气包与天然气回收管线连接。此节能工作适用于前期设备连接不完全的情况,通过对已有设备的整合,实现新功能。广泛适用于各类沉降站、接转站。
