说明了为满足科工委颁发的《武器装备可靠性与维修性管理规定》中对可靠性的要求,装备研制中必须对GJB 450-88规定的工作项目进行剪裁并予以实施,实际工作中应将可靠性工程与可靠性管理结合起来。讨论了可靠性工作的主要环节,工作项目的应用与剪裁。明确提出可靠性设计与增长是两个主要工作环节;基于工作项目适用性和保证作用的分析,提出了相应建议;同时对补充工作项目及最低工作项目选择等问题提出了参考意见。
Explained that in order to meet the requirements for reliability in the “Regulations on the Administration of Reliability and Maintainability of Weapons and Equipment” issued by the Science and Technology Commission, the work items specified in GJB 450-88 must be tailored and implemented in the development of equipment.
