强力宁是由甘草中提取的甘草酸单铵加半胱氨酸、甘氨酸的复方制剂,它具有肾上腺皮质激素样作用而无其副作用,并能诱生r—干扰素,从而表现出抗炎、抗过敏、抗病毒及免疫调节作用。本组共治疗47例格林—巴利综合征患者.总有效率87.23％,显效率80.85％,与对照组相比有显著差异(P<0.01)。并做了血液及脑脊液中免疫球蛋白的动态观察。实验研究及临床应用均表明国产强力宁对格林—巴利综合征有一定治疗价值。
