本文用Hillar法从正常人肝细胞核中提取了一组非组蛋白类的多肽。分子筛凝胶过滤表明它们的分子量在800~1600左右,纤维素薄层层析鉴定,并经茚三酮及氯气显色表明它们约由7种多肽组成。它们的氨基酸组成中仅有很少量的赖氨酸和精氨酸。该组多肽能抑制人胚肝核内源RNA转录的10~20%左右和外源酶转录的20~35%,而对正常人肝细胞核的转录抑制作用较小。
In this paper, a group of non-histone peptides were extracted from normal human hepatocytes by Hillar’s method. Molecular sieve gel filtration showed that their molecular weights ranged from about 800 to about 1600, identification by thin layer chromatography on cellulose and color development by ninhydrin and chlorine showed that they consisted of about seven polypeptides. Their amino acid composition only a very small amount of lysine and arginine. The polypeptide of the present invention can inhibit about 10 to 20% of the transcription of the endogenous RNA of the human embryo liver nucleus and 20 to 35% of the transcription of the exogenous enzyme, and has less inhibitory effect on the transcription of the normal human hepatocyte nucleus.
