抓住关键环节,开展廉洁文化建设加强宣传,提升认识。要把宣传教育作为廉洁文化建设的基础性工作,通过宣传,逐步改变、提升对廉洁文化的认识。一要宣传腐败的危害及其背后的理念支撑,促进管理人员、员工支持肃贪倡廉工作,共同抵制腐败文化的影响。二要充分利用各种舆论工具,大力宣传廉洁文化的内涵、作用、意义,让人人皆知廉洁文化的含义、目的,上上下下达成共识,逐步形成“廉洁也是生产力”、“先进文化可以养廉”的理念,使每一个人、每一个家庭都参与、支持廉洁文化建设,并为之发挥聪明才智。
