超高层结构竖向压缩变形不可忽视,其主体结构层间竖向压缩变形差可能对单元式幕墙节点的竖向变形间隙预留设计产生影响。以超高层工程项目为背景进行施工模拟计算,分析不同楼层区段幕墙构件安装完成后的层间竖向压缩变形差值,计算时考虑竖向荷载、混凝土收缩和徐变等因素的影响;考察各种因素的影响比例;比较不同高度超高层建筑的层间竖向压缩变形值对幕墙设计的影响。结果表明,超高层建筑竖向压缩变形值的增大一般不会造成超高层建筑幕墙的竖向变形预留间隙不足的问题。
The vertical compression deformation of super high-rise structures can not be neglected. The vertical compression deformation between the main structure layers may have an impact on the reserve design of the vertical deformation gaps of the unitized curtain wall joints. The construction simulation calculation is carried out on the basis of super high-rise project. The difference of vertical compressive deformation of the curtain walls after the completion of the installation of curtain wall components in different floor sections is analyzed. In the calculation, vertical load, concrete shrinkage and creep and other factors are considered. The influences of various factors on the design of the curtain wall; comparison of the influence of the vertical compressive deformation value between the different height super-tall buildings on the curtain wall design. The results show that the increase of vertical compression deformation of super high-rise building generally does not cause the problem of insufficient clearance for the vertical deformation of curtain wall of super high-rise building.
