硅灰是冶炼硅铁和硅金属时的副产品,其主要成份是活性二氧化硅,颗粒极小,活性很高。将硅灰摻人混凝土中,可以节约水泥,提高强度.而且还能带来其它一系列好处。硬化硅灰混凝土有如下特性: 1.水泥石微孔结构:硅灰水泥石的全孔隙率与普通水泥石大致相同。但电镜观察发现,硅灰水泥石中大都是超细微孔,几乎没有普通水泥石的粗大孔隙,从而可明显提高混凝土的抗渗性和其它力学性能。 2、抗压强度:未掺硅灰混凝土28天抗压强度为50MPa,摻硅灰8%时,强度达70MPa,掺16%时达到80MPa。抗拉与抗弯强度也随硅灰掺量而直线提高。 3.弹模:弹性模量随着抗压强度提高而增大,相关性
