10月北京,开发商和购房者都在期待着楼市的回暖,我们更相信,已经有很多的开发商为此做了很多的准备工作,尤其是那些没根没底的异地开发商,他们的生存状况,更能体现出政策真正实行后楼市可能出现的景况。另一方面,对于楼市一些吊诡现象的再思索,也能给我们观察楼市提供另一个角度。
