目的:考察超重和肥胖青少年的暴食行为与健康相关生活质量。方法:采用暴食量表(BES)、儿童生存质量测定量表(Peds QLTM4.0)及一般资料调查表对整群抽取的湖南省11~18岁的1284名中小学生(体重正常812人,超重和肥胖472人)进行测评。结果:1暴食行为在体重正常学生中的发生率为0.54%,超重学生中的发生率为10.18%,肥胖学生中的发生率为20.46%;2超重、肥胖学生与体重正常学生在健康相关生活质量各维度差异(肥胖组<超重组<正常组)均有统计学意义(P<0.05);3肥胖组学生中,有暴食行为者在情绪状态、学校功能、心理社会功能以及总分上显著低于无暴食行为者(P<0.05);4在超重学生中,有暴食行为者在情绪状态、社会功能、心理社会功能和总分上显著低于无暴食行为者(P<0.01);5暴食行为得分与BMI呈显著正相关(r=0.463,P<0.01),与健康相关生活质量各维度呈显著负相关(r=0.265~0.369,P<0.01)。结论:超重和肥胖、暴食行为和健康相关生活质量三者有密切关系。
OBJECTIVES: To examine binge eating behavior and health-related quality of life among overweight and obese adolescents. Methods: A total of 1284 primary and secondary school students aged 11-18 years (812 normal weight and overweight) in Hunan Province were enrolled in this study by using the BES, Peds QLTM 4.0 and general data questionnaire. And obesity 472 people) for evaluation. The prevalence of over-eating behavior was 0.54% in normal-weight students, 10.18% in overweight students and 20.46% in obese students.2 Overweight and obese students were significantly associated with healthy-related life (P <0.05) .3 Among the obese students, there was a significant difference in the emotional state, school function, psychosocial function and total score (P <0.05). 4 Among the overweight students, those who had binge eating were significantly lower in emotion status, social function, psychosocial function and total score than those without binge eating (P <0.01); 5 There was a significant positive correlation between binge eating behavior score and BMI (r = 0.463, P <0.01), and significant negative correlation with various dimensions of health related quality of life (r = 0.265-0.369, P <0.01). Conclusion: Overweight and obesity, binge eating behavior and health-related quality of life are closely related to each other.
