为研究灵芝孢子粉的镇痛和抗突变作用。连续 7天每天经口灌胃分别给予小鼠 2 0、32 0mg/kg的灵芝孢子粉 ,用热板法、水浴法和化学刺激法检测灵芝孢子粉对小鼠的镇痛作用。连续 10天每天经口灌胃给予小鼠 2 0、80、32 0mg/kg的灵芝孢子粉 ,用小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变试验检测灵芝孢子粉对环磷酰胺 (CP)诱发的小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变的抑制作用。结果可见灵芝孢子粉引起小鼠温痛反应时间延长 ,扭体次数减少。灵芝孢子粉对环磷酰胺 (CP)诱发的小鼠骨髓染色体畸变有抑制作用 ,并有明显的剂量—效应关系。提示灵芝孢子粉有一定的镇痛和抗突变作用
To study the analgesic and antimutagenic effects of Ganoderma lucidum spore powder. For 7 consecutive days, mice were given intragastric administration of 20, 3200 mg/kg Ganoderma lucidum spore powder, and the analgesic effect of Ganoderma lucidum spore powder on mice was detected by hot plate method, water bath method and chemical stimulation method. The mice were given intragastric administration of 20, 80, 3200 mg/kg of Ganoderma lucidum spore powder every day for 10 consecutive days. The chromosomal aberration test of mouse bone marrow cells was used to test the spore powder of Ganoderma lucidum on cyclophosphamide (CP)-induced mouse bone marrow cells. Inhibition of chromosome aberrations. The results showed that the duration of the warm-warning reaction in mice induced by Ganoderma lucidum spore powder was prolonged and the number of writhing was reduced. Ganoderma lucidum spore powder has inhibitory effects on cyclophosphamide (CP)-induced chromosomal aberrations in mouse bone marrow, and there is a clear dose-effect relationship.
