介绍了液相共沉淀法制备掺锑钛酸钡粉体的原理、工艺流程。通过对粉体和陶瓷片性能的测试,阐明了共沉淀法制粉体的优越性。共沉淀法可以应用于制备其它电子材料。
The principle and process of preparation of antimony-doped barium titanate powder by liquid coprecipitation method are introduced. Through the testing of the properties of the powder and ceramic sheets, the superiority of the coprecipitation method powder is expounded. Coprecipitation can be applied to the preparation of other electronic materials.
