目的观察不同品系小鼠感染华支睾吸虫后,血清中特异性抗体IgG、IgG1/IgG2a的动态变化。方法NaOH消化法粪检虫卵,ELISA法测定不同品系小鼠感染后4、8和12w血清中抗体IgG、IgG1/IgG2a的动态变化。结果三个品系小鼠血清IgG均于感染后第4~8w升高,约在第10w达到高峰,此后开始下降并维持至观察结束的第12w;IgG1/IgG2a比值感染后逐渐增高,并持续至第12w。结论华支睾吸虫感染的免疫应答发生了由Th1免疫应答向Th2免疫应答转变的趋势。
Objective To observe the dynamic changes of serum IgG and IgG1 / IgG2a in different strains of mice infected with Clonorchis sinensis. Methods The fecal eggs were digested with NaOH, and the changes of IgG and IgG1 / IgG2a in the sera of 4, 8 and 12 weeks post-infection in different strains of mice were detected by ELISA. Results Serum IgG in three strains of mice increased from the 4th to 8th week after infection and peaked at about the 10th week, then began to decline and maintained until the end of the observation. The IgG1 / IgG2a ratio increased gradually after the infection and lasted for 12th. Conclusion The immune response of Clonorchis sinensis infection has changed from Th1 immune response to Th2 immune response.
