为了高效地从CAPP数据库中挖掘出典型工艺路线,提出一种应用模糊商空间理论进行典型工艺路线获取的方法。首先基于特征建立零件工艺路线相似度的评价模型,并应用模糊商空间理论构建零件工艺路线的分层递阶结构;然后采用信息熵对分层递阶结构中的工艺路线粒度空间进行定量描述,并根据信息增益和最低工艺路线相似度来确定最优粒度空间;最后对最优粒度空间中工艺路线粒进行处理,找到粒内工艺路线的最长公共子序列,得到典型工艺路线。应用实例验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
In order to mine the typical process routes efficiently from the CAPP database, a method of obtaining the typical process routes using the fuzzy quotient space theory is proposed. Firstly, based on the feature, an evaluation model of part route similarity is established, and the hierarchical structure of part routing is constructed by using fuzzy quotient space theory. Then the granularity of route granularity in the hierarchical hierarchical structure is quantitatively described by using information entropy, And the optimal granularity is determined according to the information gain and the similarity of the lowest routing process. Finally, the process route grain in the optimal granularity space is processed to find the longest common sub-sequence of the intra-granular routing, and a typical process route is obtained. The application example proves the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.
