随着科技水平的不断更新和改革,我国多数医院管理体系逐渐规范化、完整化,因此对各大医院的健康发展提出了更高的细节要求,如何做好绩效考核和绩效管理系统是提升医院服务质量的重要举措,各大企业内部人员要严格要求自己,做好部门间的沟通交流工作,但是从各大医院的具体实践过程来看,依然存在着一些弊端问题阻碍了医院绩效考核与绩效管理的正常运行,需要工作人员对绩效考核与管理引起一定的重视,必须加大研究管理力度,有利于提升现代医院质量水平的发展。本文对当前医院绩效考核与管理的现状进行了合理分析,并提出了加强绩效考核与管理的方式对策。
