Kappa-硒化卡拉胶是一含硒有机化合物。本文研究Kappa-硒化卡拉胶对大鼠心肌谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-px)活性的影响。8组Wistar大鼠饲以缺硒或补硒饲料共54d,在第52d,其中4组NaNO_2100mg·kg~(-1),2次/d×3d灌胃处理。结果表明,所有补硒组,包括亚硒酸钠组(硒含量0.05ppm),Kappa-硒化卡拉胶组(硒的含量分别为0.05ppm以及0.5ppm)的心肌GSH-px活性分别从48.6±17.5u/mg蛋白增加到127.0±34.9u/mg蛋白,136.0±25.2u/mg蛋白及138.0±52.9u/mg蛋白,经NaNO_2处理的4组,也分别从24.1±8.3u/mg蛋白增加到99.2±18.8,101.3±9.8及108.0±17.6u/mg蛋白,均有非常显著提高(P<0.01)。但各补硒组之间未见明显影响(P>0.05)。
Kappa-selenated carrageenan is a selenium-containing organic compound. This article studies the effects of Kappa-selenated carrageenan on the activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-px) in rat myocardium. Eight groups of Wistar rats were fed with selenium-deficient or selenium-supplemented feed for 54 days.
