我院自1992年以来,采用血液灌流并透析方法抢救重度安定中毒20例,取得满意疗效,报告如下: 1 临床资料 1.1 一般情况:本组20例,男5例,女15例,年龄15～50岁,口服安定量1000～4000mg,从服药到开始透析3～8小时。 1.2 临床表现:全部病例均为深度昏迷,其中呼吸停止并循环衰竭3例,血压降低10例。全部病例均无活动性溃疡、肺结核、严重肝病、血液病。 1.3 治疗方法;全部采用日本产NCU-10透析机和装有300g活性炭的灌流器,及有效面积为1.2m~2的
