中小学教育科研对深入进行教学改革,提升教师素质、提高教学质量、推进教育理论建设等方面都具有重要意义。各基层学校普遍认识到教育科研对教育教学活动改进,提高教师的教育教学水平,提升教师专业发展有很大的帮助。但部分中小学教师对教育科研普遍存在畏难情绪,不知从何下手,担心教师搞教育科研出不了成效反而加重负担影响教学。针对这一情况,根据对中小学教师教育科研现状的分析,试谈谈自己对这一问题的一些思考。一、中小学教育科研现状分析
Primary and secondary education and scientific research are of great significance in deepening teaching reform, improving the quality of teachers, improving teaching quality and promoting the construction of educational theories. All grassroots schools generally recognize that education and scientific research are of great help in improving education and teaching activities, improving teachers ’education and teaching levels, and enhancing teachers’ professional development. However, some primary and secondary school teachers are generally afraid of education and scientific research, and I do not know where to start. I am afraid that teachers may not be able to make any achievements in education and scientific research, but will actually increase their burden on teaching. In view of this situation, based on the analysis of the status quo of primary and secondary school teachers’ education and research, try to talk about my own thinking on this issue. First, primary and secondary education research status analysis
