在对外汉语教学中,经常会碰到师生之间或者生生之间的冲突与误解,而这种冲突、误解会影响到教学的效果,甚至会影响到彼此地交际。“约哈里窗口理论”将交流双方的信息按照彼此的熟悉程度分为四部分:开放区、盲区、隐蔽区和未知区,这种将交流内容进行细分的做法提供给我们一种消解文化误读与文化冲突的途径。
