激光切割过程中制件会不断出现应力释放的现象,从而产生持续变化的回弹,受此影响,工件的形状会随切割过程的进行产生变化,导致激光切割完成时制件与设计零件产生较大的偏差。针对这一问题,提出一种根据激光切割修边时序分步考虑回弹的更新修边线方法。将制件按切割次序分块计算回弹量并沿着切割方向依次对修边线进行相应的补偿处理,以解决修边时实时发生回弹影响制件精度的问题。以宝钢某车身零件的激光切割修边线确定为算例,验证了方法的可行性。
