目的:查明郸城县某村民一起有机磷农药中毒的原因,以采取措施,防止类似事件的发生。方法:通过流行病学调查,结合临床症状和实验室检验等进行分析。结果:呕吐物和芹菜中均检出甲拌磷(3911)农药,馒头、西瓜中未检出农药,说明甲拌磷农药通过皮肤,呼吸道黏膜,胃肠道及眼等吸收而引起全身中毒是导致本次中毒的主要原因。结论:加强农药安全知识培训,强化农药管理力度,加强市场综合治理,重点加强农药的安全教育,防止类似中毒事件的再度发生。
Objective: To find out the cause of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning among some villagers in Dancheng County in order to take measures to prevent the occurrence of similar incidents. Methods: Through epidemiological investigation, combined with clinical symptoms and laboratory tests, etc. were analyzed. Results: Phytophthora (3911) pesticides, steamed bread and watermelon were all detected in vomit and celery.
