本文研究苯乙烯-丙烯腈无规共聚物(AS)和接枝共聚物AS-g-pBd所制成的共混物的相容性及形态。研究表明,该共混体系的形态首先受到AS共聚物与接枝链g-As相对分子量的制约,其次还受到二者化学组成匹配的影响,从橡胶组分(内有塑料组分微区)的分散相形态,到交替同心球壳的分散相形态,再到橡胶组分(单独)为分散相形态等变化,反映出AS共聚物与AS-g-PBd间相容性的逐渐改善。
In this paper, the compatibility and morphology of blends made from styrene-acrylonitrile random copolymer (AS) and graft copolymer AS-g-pBd were studied. The results show that the morphology of the blends is controlled by the relative molecular weight of the copolymer and graft chain g-As, and the second is affected by the chemical composition of the two components. From the rubber component (containing plastic component micro-region) To the dispersed phase morphology of alternating concentric spherical shells and then to the change of the rubber component (alone) into a dispersed phase morphology, which shows that the compatibility between AS copolymer and AS-g-PBd is gradually improved.
