目的:探讨如何通过医疗设备数据平台建设,充分发掘医疗设备管理数据应用价值,提高医疗服务质量。方法:搭建统一的医疗设备管理数据集成平台、建立统一的数据接口,整合共享现有医疗设备数据,实现医疗设备平台化管理。平台设计参照临床数据中心(CDR)数据模型进行梳理、存储和重构,实现信息共享、流程协同;将各系统一对一的接口模式改造为各系统集成平台多对一的接口模式。结果:通过医疗设备数据平台的建立,可将医疗设备数据追踪至单科、单台以及单种类进行分析评估,实现全方位、多维度历史数据分析与挖掘。以CDR建设为切入点,从医疗设备数据采集、业务架构、数据结构、存储容量规划等实际应用的关键点进行设计与构建,实现医院信息系统的互联互通,信息共享、业务协同。结论:医疗设备数据平台是医疗大数据的一大组成部分,可以提升大型医院管理水平,并为医疗设备的质量控制、风险控制奠定基础。
Objective: To explore how to fully exploit the value of medical device management data and improve the quality of medical service through the construction of medical device data platform. Methods: Establish a unified medical device management data integration platform, establish a unified data interface, integrate and share the existing medical device data, and realize the medical device platform management. The platform design combs, stores and rebuilds with reference to the clinical data center (CDR) data model to realize information sharing and process collaboration. The one-to-one interface mode of each system is transformed into a one-to-one interface mode of each system integration platform. Results: Through the establishment of medical equipment data platform, the medical equipment data can be traced to single subjects, single stations and single types for analysis and evaluation to achieve comprehensive and multi-dimensional historical data analysis and mining. Taking CDR construction as an entry point, we design and construct the key points of practical application such as data collection, business architecture, data structure and storage capacity planning of medical equipment to realize the interoperability, information sharing and business collaboration of hospital information system. Conclusion: The medical device data platform is a large part of medical big data, which can improve the management level of large hospitals and lay the foundation for the quality control and risk control of medical devices.
