秦置都雍城始于秦德公元年(公元前677年),史载对此无疑义,但关于秦都城何时从雍城迁出却出现了不同的说法。一为泾阳、栎阳说.即在雍城之后,秦之都城曾一度迁往泾阳,再由泾阳迁往栎阳,而后由栎阳迁往咸阳;另外一种观点则认为,秦不曾置都泾阳和栎阳,其都城直接由雍城迁至咸阳。笔
The Qin Dynasty capital Yong City began in the first year of the Qin Dynasty (677 BC). The history contains no doubt about it. However, when the Qin capital moved out of Yong City, there were different opinions. One for Jing Yang, Oak Yang said that after the Yong city, the capital of Qin once moved to Jingyang, and then by Jingyang moved to the Quyang, and then by the Xianyang moved to Xianyang; another view is that Qin has not set capital Jingyang and Quyang, the capital city directly moved by the Yongcheng Xianyang. pen
