近年来,新农村建设进程日益加快,农民生活水平较从前得到极大改善。就目前情况来看,由于受到各方面因素的影响,我国农民法律意识还十分淡薄,农民对法律知识的掌握还有很大的上升空间。强化农民法律意识,对加快新农村建设进程意义重大。本研究就新农村建设进程中农民的法律意识进行分析与探讨,为有效强化农民法律意识略尽绵力。
In recent years, the pace of building a new socialist countryside has been accelerating and the standard of living of peasants has greatly improved over the past. As far as the current situation is concerned, due to the impact of various factors, the awareness of farmers in our country is still very weak. Farmers still have a lot of room to grasp the legal knowledge. Strengthening peasants’ legal awareness is of great significance to accelerating the process of building a new socialist countryside. This research analyzes and probes into the farmers’ legal awareness in the process of new rural construction, and tries hard to effectively strengthen the legal awareness of farmers.
