省直有关部门,各设区市人民政府:《中华人民共和国立法法》规定,地方人民政府规章签署公布后,要及时在《公报》或《政报》上刊登。在《公报》或《政报》上刊登的地方人民政府规章文本为标准文本。为切实贯彻《立法法》的精神,进一步加强对《福建政报》(2002年起更名为《福建省人民政府公报》)编辑出版及发行工作的领导和协调,经省人民政府同意,现对《福建政报》编辑委员会成员进行调整和充实。调整充实后的《福建政报》编辑委员会组成人员为:
Provincial departments directly under the Central Government and people’s governments of all districts and municipalities: The Law of the People’s Republic of China on Legislation stipulates that after the local people’s government rules and regulations have been signed and promulgated, they must be published in the “Communique” or the “Political Bulletin” in a timely manner. The texts of the local people’s government regulations published in the “Gazette” or the “Bulletin” are the standard texts. In order to effectively implement the spirit of the “Law of the Legislature” and further strengthen the leadership and coordination of the editorial, publishing and distribution of the “Fujian Provincial Political Bulletin” (renamed as “Fujian Provincial People’s Government Bulletin” since 2002), with the consent of the provincial people’s government, Members of Editorial Board of “Fujian Provincial News” were adjusted and enriched.
