我国铁路机车正在进行维修体制改革,尽快确定各主要零部件的寿命以便降低机车的故障发生率并防止一些零件被过早地拆卸与更换、向有关生产设计部门提供质量反馈信息以便提高零部件的质量已成为当务之急。为此,我们研制了机车的可靠性信息管理系统,该系统主要有三大软件包组成:第一软件包主要对机车的故障数据进行输入、修改、传输及检索。采用图像存储与再现技术为用户提供所需的帮助菜单,使系统各个功能几乎只需按光标蛀即可完成。第二软件包主要对机车进行质量信息反馈统计和故障信息统计,按用户的需要生成清晰的报表及各种类型的彩色图形。第三软件包针对我国机车的维修特点,提出了机车及其零件的可靠性寿命指标.建立了可靠性分析所需的数学模型,并可由故障数据库自动生成可靠性分析所需的数据文件,最后通过该程序的可靠性分析计算,制定出机车及其零件可靠性寿命的门槛值。
China’s railway locomotives are undergoing the maintenance system reform to determine the life span of major components as soon as possible so as to reduce the locomotive failure rate and prevent some parts from being disassembled and replaced prematurely and to provide quality feedback to the relevant production design departments in order to improve the spare parts Quality has become a top priority. To this end, we have developed a reliability information management system for locomotives. The system consists of three major software packages: The first software package mainly imports, modifies, transmits and retrieves locomotive fault data. The use of image storage and reproduction technology to provide users with the necessary help menu, so that almost all functions of the system just press the cursor to complete the ejaculation. The second software package mainly for locomotive quality information feedback statistics and fault information statistics, according to the needs of users to generate a clear report and various types of color graphics. The third software package aims at the maintenance features of locomotives in our country and puts forward the reliability life indexes of locomotives and their parts. The mathematical model of reliability analysis is established, and the data files needed for reliability analysis can be automatically generated from the fault database. Finally, the threshold of the reliability life of the locomotive and its components is worked out through the reliability analysis and calculation of the program.
