采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,通过分析生命教育缺失导致的大学生身心健康问题以及生命教育与体育课程之间的逻辑脉络,探究生命教育视域下我国高校体育课程改革。研究表明:生命教育存在课时严重不足、课程体系不完善、有效教育手段缺乏、教学效果差等主要问题,直接影响当代大学生健康成长和社会的良性发展,并与高校体育课程改革价值导向背离,进一步完善高校体育课程教学大纲,建设能够胜任生命教育的高素质师资队伍,突出课外活动,强化实践体验和学生自我教育功能,将生命教育有机融入高校体育课程,提升大学生参与体育课程的积极性、主动性和创造性,对当代大学生直面生命、关爱生命、敬畏生命、磨砺生命、发展生命具有重要意义。
By means of literature review and logical analysis, this paper analyzes the physical and mental health of college students caused by the lack of life education and the logical context between life education and physical education, and explores the reform of college physical education in China from the perspective of life education.
