素质拓展起源于二战时期的海员生存训练以来,凭借其特有的训练方式,迅速发展起来,现已成为教育培训的重要组织部分。本文梳理回顾了素质拓展的起源发展,提出了素质拓展的五大特点,并从不同角度对素质拓展进行了分类研究。 Quality development has its origin in the survival training of seafarers during World War II. With its unique training methods, it has rapidly developed and now has become an important part of education and training. This paper reviews the development of the origin of quality development, puts forward five characteristics of quality development, and studies the quality development from different perspectives.
