员工持股的目的在于提高对企业的忠诚度。自从中共十八届三中全会提出了“允许混合所有制经济实行企业员工持股,形成资本所有者和劳动者利益共同体”以来,国有企业改革中的员工持股问题一直是业界讨论的热点,业内也将员工持股作为推进国企改革的关键措施。员工持股制并非“舶来”员工持股制度属于公司长期激励机制中的一种制度,其目的在于通过员工持股的方式最大化员工的主人翁感受,提升对企业忠诚度。在欧美国家的企业实践 The purpose of employee stock ownership is to increase loyalty to the business.
